The difference is my personal commitment! I always tell my clients -“the more you stay connected with me the more I will be able to help you achieve your body goals”. For me, more than a plan, building a good connection is very important. I believe every person is different so is their body.

Why my programs are different from the others? Unlike other fitness programs in the market where clients are usually communicating with app bots and get little to no personal attention. In my program, the clients get personal advice, 24/7 open app chat, daily check-ins and if you are slacking I call and help you get back on track.

All my fitness programs are scientifically designed. Making sure it meets all the components of fitness. The muscle-building plans are tailored, incorporating overload, variation and progression. And the fat loss plans are designed to emphasis the active and passive fat burning process.

It is still important to know that FitwithNit cannot guarantee your results with FitwithNit program, however, we will provide a refund within the guidelines provided if you are not happy with your results. It is possible that you will not lose fat, gain muscle, or get ab definition with this program. It is also possible that you will gain fat, lose muscle, and lose ab definition.
