I’m Nita, and this is my story

It all started in 2015 when I decided to start my fitness journey. I am an immigrant and I know how exactly it feels to juggle life around the new culture, new environment and busy lifestyle. I struggled a lot with physical and mental stress. I knew I needed to do something about my health. After a year of doing a lot of research, studying and training, I was able to gain the physique I dreamt about, not just that but also accomplished a lot in my career & life after gaining confidence through fitness. Today I have over 95K people following on all social media platforms collectively.

To be very honest I did a lot of mistakes when I first got into fitness, tried a lot of meal plans that never worked for me. Skipped rice for almost a year, got off track with an unsustainable workout plan but all this experience has made me an expert on who I am today.

With my expertise I have helps hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals and share knowledge that help them stay active for the rest of their life.

I created these programs so I can help as much as people can. And help them achieve their desired physique and help them get used to of a healthy lifestyle.

The difference is my personal commitment! I always tell my clients -“the more you stay connected with me the more I will be able to help you achieve your body goals”. For me, more than a plan, building a good connection is very important. I believe every person is different so is their body.

Why my programs are different from the others? Unlike other fitness programs in the market where clients are usually communicating with app bots and get little to no personal attention. In my program, the clients get personal advice, 24/7 open app chat, weekly check-ins and if you are slacking I call and help you get back on track. 

All my fitness programs are scientifically designed. Making sure it meets all the components of fitness. The muscle-building plans are tailored, incorporating overload, variation and progression. And the fat loss plans are designed to emphasis the active and passive fat burning process.

Can I workout at home?

Yes, all the programs will have a home based workout option.

 

Does your meal plan has Indian meal options?

Yes, the meal plan is tailored according to your eating habits.

 

Do you plan to help people who want to gain weight?

Yes, the program will be designed 100% based on your fitness goals. Be it gain or lose weight.

I am a beginner, will I be able to follow your workout?

Yes, you will be starting with our beginner-friendly program.

How is your app is different from the other apps?

This is not one of the apps where you are doing everything by yourself. Everything will be guided to you by me. No bot functions. In this app, you will be able to update your daily stats and track your individual performance. 

Do I need a gym membership?

No, not necessarily.

 

Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?

Unfortunately not, as I put my 100% in building the personalised programs for you. I would like you to be committed at least to your committed training duration. I encourage you to only sign up if you are serious about your health and want to transform your life.
