If you implement the products and services from FitwithNit.com correctly you should see amazing results, however it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from FitwithNit.com it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind.

If you purchase any of FitwithNit transformation programs, you will be charged depending on your billing frequency. Providing you continue to update your monthly statistics, you will continue to receive monthly updated meal plans and workout programs for the duration of your subscription. Please also note that FitwithNit’s online personal training program is like a gym membership: you are paying for the option to utilise a service. Whether you access or use the service is up to you, the individual. Not accessing the service is not grounds for a refund or early cancellation of the program.
CANCELLATIONS & MINIMUM COMITTMENT
To cancel your subscription, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Additionally, all purchases require a minimum commitment of twelve weeks; meaning, that if you request your subscription be cancelled, it will be scheduled to cancel at the end of the minimum twelve-week period. When you sign up for the program, the program’s cost is spread out of the initial 12-week period; after the initial 12-week period, you move to an open contract where you can cancel at any time.
FitwithNit offers a 100% money-back guarantee — the refund is provided when a client followed all the daily guidelines provided but is not happy with the results. FitwithNit has an extensive tracking system for the client’s progress, if the client fails to complete the daily tasks in the program, the 100% money-back guarantee does not apply.
